Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using DutyCrew, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable department policies and operating procedures. These terms are between you and Titus Strategy LLC unless a separate written customer agreement says otherwise.

Authorized Use

  • DutyCrew is intended for authorized department personnel and approved administrators.
  • You must use accurate account information and keep your profile details reasonably current.
  • You are responsible for activity performed from your account credentials.
  • Your department may configure roles, permissions, station settings, notifications, and feature availability.

Current Service Scope

DutyCrew supports station staffing, duty-session status, duty crew shifts and signups, member directories, operational messages, notification preferences, driver qualifications, reports, activity history, backups, department configuration, station geofence and ETA workflows, radio streaming, desktop web, mobile web, and the iOS app.

Account Security

  • Keep login credentials confidential and do not share accounts.
  • Promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your department administrator.
  • DutyCrew may require password resets or access restrictions to protect platform security.

Operational Data and Records

DutyCrew stores staffing assignments, scheduling updates, messages, notifications, audit history, reports, backups, geofence and ETA records when enabled, and related operational records to support staffing continuity, oversight, accountability, and compliance needs.

Not a Substitute for Department Procedures

DutyCrew helps coordinate staffing and duty crew operations, but it does not replace official department procedures, command direction, emergency dispatch systems, required radio communications, or legally required public safety records unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Acceptable Conduct

  • Do not misuse the service, disrupt operations, or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems.
  • Do not upload or submit false, deceptive, or intentionally harmful operational information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and department directives while using the platform.

Notifications and Communications

DutyCrew may send service-related alerts and operational notifications by in-app, push, SMS, or email channels based on your account configuration and enabled department features. Delivery may depend on third-party providers, carrier networks, operating-system settings, device permissions, and current network conditions.

Location, Geofence, ETA, and Device Features

Location, geofence, ETA, push notification, and iOS app features depend on device permissions, operating-system behavior, provider availability, and department configuration. You are responsible for maintaining required device permissions when you choose to use those features.

Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or improve features at any time to maintain reliability, security, and operational effectiveness. Availability may vary due to maintenance, provider outages, or emergency conditions.

Intellectual Property

DutyCrew, the DutyCrew name, product design, software, and related materials are owned by Titus Strategy LLC or its licensors. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms and your department's authorization.

Privacy

Use of DutyCrew is also governed by the DutyCrew Privacy Policy, which explains what data is processed and how privacy choices work.

Disclaimers

DutyCrew is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You remain responsible for following your department's official operational procedures, command direction, and required backup communication methods.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titus Strategy LLC, DutyCrew, and their operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, security concerns, administrative action, customer account status, or operational necessity. Users may request account deletion where available, but some operational records may remain retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of DutyCrew after updates means you accept the revised terms.
